1. Payments

MeraDoc is not responsible for incorrect payment details entered by users, unauthorized use of payment instruments, or payment failures caused by banks or gateway providers.

  • Payments can be made via UPI, debit cards, credit cards, net banking, wallets, or other supported methods.
  • Payments are processed via third-party payment gateways such as Razorpay or similar providers.
  • By making a payment, you also agree to the terms and privacy policies of the payment gateway provider.

2. Booking, Cancellation & Rescheduling

Consultation cancellations and rescheduling

Consultations may be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge within the following time windows:

  • Up to 15 minutes before a GP consultation.
  • Up to 05 minutes before a specialist consultation.

Rescheduling limits

  • Users may reschedule online consultations up to 2 times free of charge.

3. Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable only for eligible cancellations.

Refunds are not applicable for dissatisfaction with medical advice or outcomes.

Refunds may be issued if the consultation is cancelled within the allowed time, the doctor is unavailable, or the consultation is not completed.

Refund conditions

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method.
  • Cash payments, if applicable, are not eligible for cash refunds.
  • Refunds cannot be issued to third-party accounts.

4. Refund Timelines

  • Refunds are typically processed within 5 to 10 business days.
  • Actual credit time depends on banks and payment providers.
  • Delays due to external systems, including banks, gateways, or RBI guidelines, are beyond MeraDoc's control.

5. Exceptional Cases

In rare cases, refunds beyond standard timelines may be considered at the sole discretion of MeraDoc and may be issued as platform credits.
