These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the MeraDoc Platform operated by MeraDoc Healthtech Private Limited.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or use the Platform under the supervision of a guardian.

2. Nature of Services

We do not provide emergency medical services. In case of emergency, you should contact local medical services immediately.

  • Online doctor consultations.
  • Health advice and medical guidance.
  • Prescription support where applicable.

3. Doctor Consultations

  • Consultations are conducted via chat, voice, or video.
  • Doctors provide advice based on the information shared by you.
  • Diagnosis is subject to the limitations of virtual consultation.

4. User Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate and complete information.
  • Do not misuse the Platform for unlawful purposes.
  • Follow medical advice at your own discretion.

5. Account Usage

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
  • Any activity under your account is your responsibility.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and software on the Platform belong to MeraDoc and may not be copied or reused without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

MeraDoc is not liable for the outcomes listed above.

  • Medical outcomes resulting from consultations.
  • Delays, interruptions, or technical failures.
  • Actions taken based on medical advice.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if there is misuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the courts in Delhi.
